Deanna Hansigner
As a Hampton Roads resident and community member for the last 40 years, I’ve not only spent most of my childhood here, but I’ve spent my entire adult life learning to live, work, and play in the area as well. I’ve lived in three of the seven cities and spent my childhood as a military dependent. While attending high school in Virginia Beach, I met my husband and together we raised three wonderful children. After high school, I entered the nursing field and worked for 21 years as a labor & delivery nurse, educator, and leader. My education consists of An Associates in Applied Science, A Bachelors in Nursing, and Alpha College of Real Estate. While nursing is a highly satisfying service to the community, I decided to make a career shift once the kids were out of the nest and on their own. It seemed natural to move into Real Estate after watching my mother enjoy helping home sellers / buyers become home owners and building new lasting relationships for approximately the last 20 years.
